Continuous Learning-Duane Tex Edghill

Continuous Learning

To stay competative in todays business and technology markets you must be continuously learning.  I am constantly participating in webinars that are made available.   I participate in a couple of professional conferences a year pending on how much funding is available.  I do a lot of research and reading.  Agile requires a good understanding of Organizational Change Management (OCM) and leadership trends that support the current lean-agile mindset so some of my readings are in those areas.  Below is a list of just a few key book I have read and recommend to my students and clients.
