Objective
I am exploring the market for a potential new opportunity. As I am currently a full-time salaried Director level employee I am looking for opportunities that are of equal caliber to my current position, a Sr. Agile Coaching Role, or will advance my career forward. I am not interested in opportunities that take my career back to responsibilities I have held in my past like Scrum Master, Project Manager, or Program Manager. I am looking for the new opportunity to have the following:
- Base Salary of $185K+. .
- Bonus of 10-15%
- Min of 4wks vacation
- Matching 401K
- Travel negotiable
- Company will cover professional costs for annual certification renewals
- Open to relocation
- I will consider long term contracts (2+yrs) at hourly salary min of $140/hr on W2 + T&E (if required)
